Split type hydraulic thermoforming machine is used for the production of plastic products with thickness of 1-2.5mm coil material, high speed and high efficiency. This machine is suitable for almost all kind of forming methods, such as vacuum forming, drape forming, blow-back molding, snap-back vacuum forming, pressure snap-back vacuum forming, plug-assisted vacuum forming, plug and ring vacuum forming, with the maximum forming area up to 1.5×3 meters and the maximum forming depth up to 300mm. It can be used in the production of polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polystyrene(PS), acrylonitrile – butadiene – polystyrene(ABS), polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) and almost all conventional engineering plastic products.
